Peter Winnall has been a facilitator, coach, corporate role player and trainer for over 20 years with prior experience in the areas of IT, banking, leadership and acting! Alongside his experience Peter brings enthusiasm, encouragement, challenge and a sense of humour to bear on his favourite subject of how to make the most of every interaction.
He worked at Lloyds TSB Bank for 10 years as a programmer, analyst, department manager and internal communications manager before training as an actor at the Birmingham School of Speech & Drama.
Since 2001 Peter has been working as a facilitator, coach and corporate role player and he qualified as an executive coach at Henley Business School in 2014.
He has delivered programmes and workshops for talent development, team interventions and leadership skills for a variety of UK and international clients including Vodafone, BMW, Lloyds Bank, UK Athletics as well as the NHS and the Civil Service.
